STATUS: Least Concern

 

HABITAT: Woodlands, scrublands, savannas and semi-deserts.

 

DIET: Bearded Dragons are opportunistic feeders so they will eat  insects, arachnids, small rodents and lizards; and plan matter.

 

GENERAL: Male Bearded Dragons have a flap of skin under their chin that when puffed out resembles a beard. This beard is used when the male is trying to impress a female or to intimidate another male.
